Yes! We welcome custom orders. If you are looking for a custom piece(s) please reach out and we can discuss the details. However due to each slabs uniqueness it can be challenging to replicate or recreate a previous style. Custom orders will be on a case by case basis. Please note that all custom orders will require the payment in full prior to beginning on the piece(s).
Are the earring posts hypoallergenic?
Yes, we use metal components that are hypoallergenic. To help customers when making a purchase, details are added to each product description. For all of the stud earrings or earrings with a top clay post, surgical stainless steel posts are used that are coated in either gold or silver, depending on the style. For hoops, ball posts, fish hooks or other decorative earring tops, they are usually 18k gold plated over brass or stainless steel.

Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Polymer clay earrings are extremely lightweight! Polymer clay allows you to wear beautiful unique earrings, comfortably all day. Most pairs of earrings weigh around 6 grams which is about the weight of a single quarter.
How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?
Polymer clay earrings are lightweight, durable, and slightly flexible. However, if roughly handled they can scratch or break. Each piece should be handled with care. It is recommended to store them in the jewelry box provided or on your jewelry stand or case. Keep them in a clean dry location. To remove any makeup, dust, or debris apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol or acetone to a cloth and gently apply to the area. Raw brass and metal components can tarnish or darken over time especially if exposed to oils and water. Simply use a soft jewelry cloth or apply a small amount of metal cleaner like Brasso® to bring them back to their original beauty.
How are pieces shipped?
Please be sure to input your shipping information correctly. If a package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the cost to re-ship the items. All packages are shipped using USPS. Purchases will be shipped in a padded envelope and jewelry pieces are safety secured in jewelry boxes. If a package is lost, USPS recommends waiting 30 business days before filling a claim. Shipping lead times may vary depending on holiday schedules, weather, etc.
What is the processing time for an order?
Processing time is usually 2-5 business days. If there is a delay for any reason the customer will be informed.
What is the return / exchange policy?
Olive + Millie does not accept returns, or offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
What if my recent purchase is received broken or breaks within the first few days?
Please contact us immediately so we can discuss replacing the item(s) or options for repairing your jewelry. However, we are not responsible for damaged jewelry from rough handling or not following the care guidelines we have provided.
What is the policy if I have ordered earrings and have either changed my mind, or do not like the color, size, or design.
Please consider all purchases carefully. There is a lot of effort put in to making sure product details are provided and images of the jewelry are included so that you can make an informed and confident decision before placing your order. Approximate measurements of each piece are provided to help you figure out the size and proportions. We do our best to ensure accurate color representation. Please keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of polymer clay, the various techniques used, and the color blends created, each piece of jewelry may have slight variations and imperfections. However, we promise to do our absolute best to make sure you will feel confident wearing each piece.
